At AVOLT, we stand behind the design and quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the AVOLT product and all original accessories back into the original box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
